Tire and Tube Patches

The tire and tube patches from X-tra Seal are made from black rubber applied on top of high-quality blue vulcanizing rubber. They feature thin edges that seamlessly bond with the tube and prevent contamination.

Universal Patches

High-quality universal patches (stem patches) designed for repairing radial and bias-ply tires. They can be vulcanized using heat or chemically (cold vulcanization). They can also be used in conjunction with stem-type repair units. X-tra Seal universal patches are made of reinforced black rubber applied on top of high-quality blue vulcanizing rubber, shaped on a mylar backing for easier removal. To adhere universal patches, use Xtra Seal glue or Super-Blu Xtra Seal glue.

Bias Ply Inserts and Patches

BN-type bias ply inserts are used for repairing bias ply tires, both with tubes and tubeless. They can be vulcanized using heat or chemically (cold vulcanization). X-tra Seal bias ply patches are made of black rubber applied on top of high-quality blue vulcanizing rubber, shaped on a mylar backing for easier removal. To adhere bias ply patches, use Standard Xtra Seal glue or Super-Blu Xtra Seal glue. After repairing tubeless tires, it is recommended to use SEALINER sealant.

Radial Inserts

Radial inserts are designed for reinforcement, sectional, and stem repairs in any repairable area of radial tires for passenger and commercial vehicles, as well as radial tires for agricultural and construction machinery. Radial inserts are extremely strong while retaining great flexibility. They can be vulcanized chemically (cold vulcanization), with heat, or in a two-step process (chemical plus heat). They should be used in accordance with the Xtra Seal radial insert application table. For best results, they should be used with Xtra Seal vulcanizing fluid. After completing the repair, it is recommended to use SEALINER sealant.

Tire Repair Plugs

Universal tire repair plugs are intended for repairing both radial and bias ply tires. They are made of black rubber bonded to black vulcanizing rubber, covering both the lower layer of the patch and the plug itself, ensuring an excellent bond with the tire. The plugs are equipped with a metal, sharp-tipped base that allows for easy installation without the need for any additional tools. No reaming of the hole is required. Insert the plug with the base through the puncture from the inside of the tire and push it through to the other side, then pull off the base.

Tire Repair Cords and Inserts

Butyl tire cords for quick puncture repair in the tire without the need to remove it. These are the most traditional materials for sealing punctures, ideal when tire removal is problematic. Simply thread the cord through the punctured hole in the tire using a needle, trim any excess, and wait a moment. These cords provide a temporary, mechanically sealing repair through compression. Install using a needle (such as 4-216 or similar). Applying adhesive facilitates installation. Application: emergency repairs for radial and bias ply tires.

Repair Kits

Universal and professional tire repair kits for damaged tires. They enable quick and efficient repair of a punctured tire in case of stem damage. Repairs can be carried out without the need for tire removal.
