Pneumatic tools

Buffers

A pneumatic grinder is an essential tool in any tire service. Its high rotational speed of 20,000 rpm can be used with mechanical cutters for damage processing (cutting torn carcasses). Due to the practical drill chuck handle, the grinder can work with various accessories, such as wire brushes for cleaning rusted rims or drill bits with a maximum shank diameter of 10 mm.

Abrasive Rings

Abrasive rings (grinding rings) are designed to work in hard-to-reach places. The smaller the diameter of the grinding ring, the greater the possibility of reaching inaccessible areas. To properly mount the abrasive ring in the tool, use the short abrasive spindle 14-324S. There is also the option of mounting two connected-edge abrasive rings on one long abrasive spindle 14-324 to create a double abrasive ring (with such a tool, you can process a larger amount of material more quickly).

Carbide Cutters

The low-speed mechanical cutter (up to 1200 rpm) is used for processing damage in rubber. Performing this operation is essential for the correct tire repair because only a properly processed hole will not cause further damage in the repaired area or cracking of the repair insert. The cutter can work with low-speed grinders available in our auctions with a drill chuck or quick-release handle (after purchasing the appropriate quick-release adapter for cutters).

Spindles

Designed for grinders with a drill chuck handle. They are characterized by high quality. They are blackened, which gives them increased resistance to rusting.
You can easily and quickly connect the abrasive ring mounted on the spindle to the grinder. This greatly speeds up the work with the device.

Adapters

The adapter is designed for a grinder with a quick-release handle 14-319 LSQ, available on our website. You can easily and quickly connect the handle with the mounted cutter to the grinder with a quick-release handle. The cutter in the adapter is clamped using an Allen key.

Thread Cleaning Brushes

Brushes with dense metal bristles allow for quick and very thorough cleaning of pin threads. Thanks to the simple mounting method on a grinder, even the most dirty pins can look like new in a matter of moments. A wide range of brushes allows you to adjust the brush width to many types of threads.
