Processing of personal data

We process your personal data obtained on the Service, mainly through forms, in order to:
1. displaying the content of the Website, registering on the Website and setting up an account, entering into a purchase/sale agreement, and communicating with you as necessary to execute the agreement
2. to send you Artus marketing commercial information based on our legitimate interest. We apply a policy of sustainable marketing based on legitimate interest analysis.
3. for archival purposes which are the realization of our legitimate interest of securing information in case of legal need to prove facts and to prevent their loss due to random events
4. for the purpose of possible establishment, investigation or defense against claims, being the realization of our legitimate interest in this regard

How long we plan to keep your data

We plan to keep your personal data processed in a calendar year for the purpose of providing our services for no more than 6 years from the end of such calendar year (5 years for statute of limitations plus 1 year for a backup just in case such as undelivered correspondence).
